Yes. We do roll back (flatbed) and sling back towing, heavy commercial recovery and roadside assistance. Call or WhatsApp us with your location and we will confirm the price and arrival time before we come out.
Yes – Makhura Auto Repair Shop is a member of the Retail Motor Industry Organisation (RMI), the body that represents and sets standards for motor workshops in South Africa.
After inspecting your vehicle we send an itemised quote – usually on WhatsApp or email as a PDF – with parts and labour shown separately. We only start once you approve it, and if we find anything else, we contact you first.
No. South Africa's automotive aftermarket guidelines allow you to have your car serviced and repaired by an independent workshop during the warranty period, as long as the work is done to manufacturer specifications with quality parts. We record all work so you keep a full service history.
Most services are done the same day if the car is dropped off in the morning. Bigger repairs depend on parts – we give you a realistic time with your quote and keep you updated on WhatsApp.
