After inspecting your vehicle we send an itemised quote – usually on WhatsApp or email as a PDF – with parts and labour shown separately. We only start once you approve it, and if we find anything else, we contact you first.
No. South Africa's automotive aftermarket guidelines allow you to have your car serviced and repaired by an independent workshop during the warranty period, as long as the work is done to manufacturer specifications with quality parts. We record all work so you keep a full service history.
